02/12/22 - I would like to say that the service provided by the staff here is exceptional! I usually don’t go in very often but the host Kyle remembered not just my name but my order as well! (Which by the way he helped me decide on, his love for the brand is genuine so he’s truly able to make expert recommendations) I’ve grown to love just the experience of being in the store so much that it’s now my happy place. Last week my co workers went in to get ice cream after hearing me rave about the service and they told me how helpful Kyle was to them as they were so indecisive with all the amazing choices. They told me he was not only patient and helpful but most importantly very knowledgeable about all the flavors and so descriptive about the tastes, that it made it easy for them to decide. This young man is a great asset to your company.
