Membership

It’s our email and rewards club! Creating a My Cold Stone Club Rewards account gives you access to sweet perks, such as:

  1. Earn 1 point for every full dollar spent on qualifying purchases (e.g., $1.00-$1.99 = 1 point). Taxes and other exclusions apply.
  2. 25 bonus points when your register your account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC .
  3. Exclusive info about upcoming promotions, giveaways, events and new products.
  4. Member-only offers.
  5. A special treat for signing up and another on your birthday! 

You can sign up at any participating Cold Stone Creamery® store by entering your phone number into the terminal at checkout or sign up online at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC. If you sign up in store, you will still need to register your account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC.

You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member.

Visit www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC, select JOIN/REGISTER and follow the prompts.

We ask for only a few pieces of information such as your birthdate, phone number, and email address.

Your points balance and available rewards can be viewed by logging into your account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC.  

You can log into your account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC and update your profile at any time.

Yes. Not only can friends and family help accumulate points on your account, they can also redeem your rewards.

Yes, you can add family members by following these steps:

  1. Log into your account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC.
  2. Click the drop down button on the top right side of the screen.
  3. Select “My Account”.
  4. Select “+Add Birthdate” and fill in the fields.
  5. Click “Save Changes” to complete the process.

Up to seven family members may be added.

You can change your password anytime by following these steps:

  1. Log into your account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC.
  2. Click the drop down button on the top right side of the screen.
  3. Select “My Account”.
  4. Enter your new password in the password field.
  5. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen to complete the process.

Contact our Customer Service team at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/helprewards. Keep in mind the account closure process can take up to 48 hours.

Your username is the email address or phone number used to sign up for the account.

No, you may choose not to receive emails during the registration process and still earn points and redeem rewards.

Contact us at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/helprewards and tell us which location you were unable to locate. In the meantime, to complete your registration, select an alternate location. You can always access your account information at a later date and select a new favorite store.

Points

You earn one point for every full dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount (i.e., $1.00 - $1.99 = 1 point).

Enter your phone number into the terminal at checkout, before paying, and earn one point for every full dollar spent on qualifying purchases; excluding coupons, discounts, gratuity, taxes and other exclusions. Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for points; gift cards used as tender do qualify for points. 

Yes, you can still receive points as long as you have your receipt. There are two ways you can get your points:

  • Text the ten character code at the bottom of the receipt to 41680 (standard text messaging rates apply). The text must be sent from the number associated with your account within 24 hours of the transaction, or;
  • Log into your account, within 30 days of the transaction, at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC, click on “Upload Receipt,” and fill out the form using the ten character code at the bottom of your receipt.

Once you accumulate 50 points, your points are converted into a $5 Reward to use on a purchase of $5 or more.

Nearly all purchases qualify for points – from Signature Creations to Cakes. Points are earned if you use a gift card as tender, but are not earned if you purchase a gift card. Points are not earned for gratuities, coupons, discounts or receipt adjustments.

For every 50 points you earn, a $5 Reward is generated. There is no limit to how many $5 Rewards you can earn, but only one $5 Reward can be redeemed per transaction. Each $5 Reward expires 90 days from the date of issue.

  1. Create a My Cold Stone Club Rewards account, if you have not already done so, by entering your phone number into the terminal at checkout or creating account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC. If you create an account in store, you will still need to register your account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC to unlock any earned rewards.
  2. Write your name and the phone number entered into the terminal on your punch card and turn it in to a Crew Member. Without this information, we cannot load points to your account.
  3. We will add 5 points for every Creation punch and 20 points for every Cake punch to your rewards account.

Rewards

No, the $5 Reward does not cover tax. 

No, only one $5 Reward can be redeemed per transaction.

Yes. You must register your account to unlock rewards. If your account is not registered, points will be earned and rewards will be generated, but you will be unable to redeem rewards until the account is registered. Keep in mind, once a reward is generated, it will expire in 90 days regardless of whether or not the account is registered.

  • If you have registered your account online at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC, the terminal will prompt you at each visit until it is redeemed or expires. You will also receive an email informing you a $5 Reward was loaded to your account (if you have opted into receiving emails.)
  • If your account has NOT been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register.

  1. Register your account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC to unlock rewards.
  2. Enter your phone number at checkout, and if a reward is available, the terminal will prompt you to redeem it.

$5 Rewards expire 90 days from the date they are earned and issued. 

Yes, rewards can only be used on transactions of $5 or more.

Birthday BOGOs

Your birthday BOGO will be loaded to your rewards account 7 days prior to your birthday.  Please contact us if you do not see your coupon arrive in that time frame at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/helprewards

You have two weeks to redeem your BOGO in-store. Your birthday BOGO is valid 7 days prior to your birthday and expires 7 days after your birthday.
