What is a My Cold Stone Club account?

It’s our eClub! Creating a My Cold Stone Club™ account makes you a brand insider, so you’ll get exclusive info about upcoming promotions, giveaways, events and new products, and you'll receive member-only offers. Plus, you'll get a special treat for signing up and another on your birthday! Who doesn’t like free stuff??

Can I add a family member to my account?

Definitely! Please go to www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc and log into your account by entering your username, password and then click the red “Log In” button. You can add family members simply by clicking the "Family Members" tab found on the left side of your screen. Once you are in the “Family Members” tab, select the red “Add Family Member” link, and fill out your family member’s information. Press the “Create” button to complete the process.

How many family members can I add to my account?

You can add up to seven family members. To add more than seven, you must create an additional My Cold Stone account with a different email address. All My Cold Stone Club and promotional emails will be sent to the main contact for the account.

How do I update a family member's My Cold Stone Club information?

Please go to www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc and log into your account by entering your username, password and then click the red “Log In” button. You can update your family member’s information by simply by clicking the "Family Members" tab found on the left side of your screen. Once you are in the “Family Members” tab, select the red “Edit” link on the right side of your screen. Then, update your family member’s information and press the red “Save” button to complete the updating process.

How do I remove a family member from a My Cold Stone Club Account?

A family member can be removed from your account at any time. Simply follow the steps below. If you have any trouble editing your family member information, you may contact us for assistance. Please be as descriptive as possible when sending an inquiry.

  1. Go to www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc
  2. Log into your account by entering your username, password and then click the red “Log In” button
  3. Click the "Family Members" link found on the left side of your screen
  4. Locate your family member's info
  5. Click the red “Delete” link found under the “Actions” column
  6. When the "Are you sure you want to delete this family member?" screen is displayed, click the red "Delete” button to verify removal

When will I receive my birthday Coupon?

Your coupon will be emailed to your account's main contact email address seven (7) days prior to your birthday. Please contact us if you do not see your coupon arrive in that time frame.

How long do I have to redeem my birthday coupon?

You have two weeks to redeem your coupon. Your birthday coupon is valid seven (7) days prior to your birthday and expires seven (7) days after your birthday.

My email offer won't print. What do I do?

If you're having problems printing one of our emails, please make sure you have a default printer selected for your computer, that it is properly connected to your computer, and that it is turned on.

What if I don't have an email address or printer, can I receive information and coupons via regular mail?

Unfortunately, no. An e-mail address and access to a printer are required for enrollment in the My Cold Stone Club. Consider resources in your area, like a local library.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information by clicking the "Edit Profile" link found at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account by entering your username, password and then click the red “Log In” button
  2. Click the "Edit Profile" tab found on the left hand side of your screen
  3. Update any information on the page
  4. Click the red "Save" button

Note: You cannot update your date of birth online. If there's an error with your birthday, please contact us.

How do I update my email preferences?

You can update your account information by clicking the "Edit Profile" link found at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account by entering your username, password and then click the red “Log In” button
  2. Click the "Edit Profile" link found on the left hand side of your screen
  3. Update any information on the page
  4. Click the red "Save" button

Note: You cannot update your date of birth online. If there's an error with your birthday, please contact us

How do I close my account?

You can close your account by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link found in the footer of our My Cold Stone Club emails, or you can contact us and request to be removed. 

Note: Unsubscribing will close your My Cold Stone Club account and you will no longer receive special offers, promotions, or coupons from us. You may join the club again at any time.

How do I make sure I receive My Cold Stone Club emails from Cold Stone Creamery®?

To ensure that you receive your birthday and promotional emails in your inbox, please add coldstone@coldstone.fbmta.com to your address book and/or list of approved senders.

What do I do if my favorite Cold Stone Creamery location is not an available option when I join?

Please contact our customer service department and let them know which location you were unable to locate. We will then research and attempt to remedy the situation. In the meantime, to complete your registration, select an alternate location. You can always access your account information at a later date and select a new favorite store. 

Where can I redeem a My Cold Stone Club offer?

The offers you receive via email or text are good at the location listed on the “Participating Locations” tab. You can redeem your offers at any participating store. No email print or coupon printout is needed to redeem your offers at participating Colorado, Guam, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming locations. If you need to edit your favorite store location, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc
  2. Log into your account by entering your username, password and then click the red “Log In” button
  3. Click the "My Favorite Store" tab found on the left hand side of your screen
  4. Click the red “Update Favorite Store” link.
  5. Enter your favorite stores zip code and click the red “Search” button
  6. Select the red street address link associated with your favorite store

Why can't I see the coupon on my email anymore?

In order to prevent fraud we have limited the number of times a coupon can be viewed. If the coupon has been viewed too many times and you have not yet been able to print it, please contact our customer service department and they will be able to assist you.

How do I log into my account?

You can easily log into your account by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc
  2. Log into your account by entering your username, password and then click the red “Log In” button
  3. Your account home screen will appear with a list of useful tabs to help you manage your account, on the left side of your screen

If you do not have a My Cold Stone Club account set up yet, please follow these steps to log into your new account:

  1. Go to www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc
  2. Click on the "Join our eClub" button
  3. Enter your zip code and press the red “Search” button
  4. Select the street address link associated with your favorite store
  5. Enter your personal information into the required fields
  6. Check the “I have read & accept the terms and conditions” box and click the red “Register” button

How do I change my password?

You can change your password anytime by following these steps:

  1. Go to www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click the “Change Password” tab on the left side of your screen.
  4. Enter your password into the two text boxes
  5. Select the red “Save” button

What if I forgot my Username and/or Password?

Your username is the email address you used to sign up for the account and the email address where you receive emails from us. If you do not have a previous email or you don’t remember the email address you used to sign up for your account, please contact us.

If you forgot your password, please go to www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/mycsc and click “Reset Your Password”.

I’m signed up for My Cold Stone Club but I’m not receiving emails. Why is this?

To ensure you are receiving emails, please follow these steps:

  1. To ensure delivery of our emails to your inbox please add “coldstone@coldstone.fbmta.com” to your address book and/or list of approved senders.
  2. Check your “Junk”/SPAM folder to make sure the message was not filtered by this folder.
  3. Log into your My Cold Stone Club account at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/myscs and check your subscription status. If your status is listed as “Subscribe,” select it to subscribe to the emails. If your status is listed as “Unsubscribe” you are subscribed to our mailing list.
  4. Alternatively, you can email myscs@coldstonecreamery.com and we will gladly manually add you to the email list.
