04/10/17 - I would like to address the people review-bombing this store due to the finger incident, as a previous manager of this store.
"Buy a new machine"
Those machines cost $30,000. The door alone is $2,000.
"I found bone and finger in my ice cream."
You're hilarious, but that definitely didn't happen. Have some respect.
"A man rinsed his hands for 30 seconds after handling a credit card. I'm reporting him to the health department."
Are you upset because he didn't use soap? What's the point here? Cold Stone employees are never required to touch the product directly with their hands. If you're afraid of germs on this level perhaps you should avoid public facilities.
