06/16/22 - Staff is amazing always greet with smile NO MATTER what and this place is perfect fit in Lincoln Park Chicago - Cold stone ice cream is amazing like always but when you visit store like with friendly staff and amazing smells it just made your day. I am so excited - BTW I ordered Birthday cake for my son and we loved it thank you for free candle and free message.. Love it love it love it :)

06/05/22 - I was so happy when this location opened. There hasn’t been a cold stone creamery on the northside in the years and I was excited to get my birthday cake remix. Staff was friendly, the quality was good, and the location is perfect. If the weather is nice you can take your ice cream across the street and sit in the common area outside of the apartments!

04/06/22 - I took my daughter here last night and it is in a great location in Lincoln park though parking is a little hard to find. The one worker there was working very hard despite a co worker having to leave due to an emergency. I was very impressed with her professionalism and hustle. The silk almond dairy free option was a welcome surprise and allowed me to have some "ice cream" with my daughter. Love their add ins and preparation. We will be back!
