09/11/22 - Rosa a special thanks to you. I ran into the creamery while my wife and son waited in the car. I went in for my wife and she asked for the bananasCarmel and almond ice cream. I didn’t know what I wanted , It was my first time there. Just Then a group of about 13 or 14 people walk-in. I was still undecided but instead of pushing me off to the side and coming back to me later Rosa stayed with me and helps me make my decision on what to order. Instead of brushing me off to the side and helping the group. She stayed with me and I appreciated that so much. She made my night . I’m now at home watching the new Pinocchio on Disney + making my night perfect. Ty Rosa couldn’t have done it without you .you are the best 5 stars for customer service Josh was very helpful this evening and helped me get in and out with what I wanted it quick as possible just in time for my movie.

07/25/22 - Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.
