10/02/23 - Recently purchased a custom ice cream birthday cake from the Sir Barton store. Ordered and purchased on-line. When I went to pick it up, had issues applying my earned rewards which did not make me happy. The store manager immediately went above and beyond to address the issue and he ensured I was 100% satisfied with the resolution. I am highly impressed and love their ice cream and fabulous ice cream cakes--best in town!! They have certainly gained my business as a satisfied and loyal customer!! Highly recommend!!
