Autumn not only solved my issue with my order but went over and beyond and compensated me for my trouble. She was kind, professional, and was understanding of my issue. If I could give her 10 stars for customer service I would! I hope Cold Stone creamery knows how valuable of an employee they have in this Roseville, MI location. Thanks for the outstanding customer service and of course the delicious cake!!

04/30/21 - I went to get my son a ice cream cake. Absolutely wonderful experience. I ended up getting ice cream and my husband got a shake. Staff was very friendly and the young lady that helped us was very pleasant and helpful.
