06/27/23 - Absolutely love love loveee the service and their oreo shakes. On the day i came i ordered my shake and then after drinking it i came back and got ice cream for the kids. First recipt says “Bibi R” second says “Elin H” and may i say damn do these ladies deserve a raise. i see at least one of them working everytime i come they overworked! I totally recommend!

Even though it was busy they both did an amazing job. They worked together and fast to get everyone their orders in a great mood.

I would like to point out that after our ice cream was mixed we went to the register to pay, there was an older man in front of us. He ordered two ice creams and wanted one for free. After he put his phone number in their system there was no reward offers available, but he kept yelling and insisting Cold Stone sent him an email for a free ice cream. It’s so sad to see how some people treat others. This man was nasty and rude, and walked out because the cashier didn’t give him ice cream for free. He tried showing my boyfriend his email telling the cashier it’s not his problem his phone number didn’t bring up any points it’s HER problem. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I don’t understand why he couldn’t retrieve the correct phone number his account is set up with. He had us standing there while he continued to be nasty. Some people should just stay home if they don’t know how to treat others when they are out and about. A grown man acting like that in public over ice cream is so ridiculous.

06/02/23 - Brought my son in the other day and really enjoyed my experience. Cashier Bibi helped pick and mix his favorite ice cream and toppings for us and we were so happy with the results. She engaged with my son and let him choose everything, she was so patient with him. Looking forward to going back!
