07/16/21 - The hardworking girl making my ice cream was doing a great job and was doing a lot at once, so I tipped her $10 and put it in their jar. And I watched her boss reach in there and take it out, the worker had to say something. This is unacceptable I will be contacting their corporate to know about this management team. But the worker was a great help and her name was isa! Thank you isa looking forward to seeing you again and I will speak to your boss.

04/12/21 - I just love Coldstone Creamery. I was so upset when the Avon location closed because that's closest to our home and the kids games. So now we have to make a drive out to the Parma/Brooklyn area, which isn't so bad because we love their treats so much. And there's something neat about watching them prepare the ice cream like it's some five-star cuisine. Just delicious. I hope they open up more locations down the road. Coldstone Creamery doesn't compare to any other ice cream store in the state! Coldstone is the best!
