01/18/21 - Unable to reach someone via phone. Unable to sign-in and checkout as logged in guess to purchase cake. Charged 4x for a cake with no email verification. Almost feels like a scam.

Okay, so I actually got a call back from a cold stone employee (went to my voicemail) but I was able to call back and place a cake order via phone. So website doesn’t work. It’s still an awful experience from ordering a cake online, but that’s not necessarily this cold stones fault.

Overall annoying getting the cake, but hot damn that ice cream cake (so inexpensive!) was worth.
