09/02/23 - Went to get some ice cream with my brother tonight and this is not my first time going there. Tonight was totally a different experience and I have Thalia to thank for that who was the one that made our ice cream. I had a challenging order most would say with my add on to my ice cream. With a smile on her face and in good spirit she delivered the best ice cream yet and customer service. She’s a great representation of the company and really knows how to make the customers happy while checking on them in line to assure they are good. She’s certainly making a difference at this location. Thanks again Thalia a job well done. Your customer service will certainly keep us coming back.

08/03/23 - Went to this location with my grandkids this past weekend which can be very chaotic being all three are under 8, Dasia was helping us ( I hope I spelled her name right) she was very patient with the kids since they couldn’t make up their minds…and even when they ordered chocolate chips on cotton candy ice cream (gross) she was very sweet and made their experience fun even though there was a line forming. We’re all in a rush daily and want things quick but when you take your kids into an ice cream shoppe it’s always nice to have the full experience of looking and choosing your treat and getting your creation. Thank you Dasia for being so sweet to my babies! Can’t wait to come see you again!!
