What is a My Cold Stone account?
A My Cold Stone account enables you to access the "My Cold Stone" section of our Web site where you can receive special offers and promotions, join our Birthday Club to get a free ice cream Creation™ on your birthday, and save your Cold Stone Favorites. This section of the site also enables you to add family members to the Birthday Club, update your email preferences, and more.
Can I add a family member to my account?
Yes. You can add family members to your account by following these steps.
- Log into your My Cold Stone account.
- Click the My Birthday Club menu option.
- Click the Add Family Member button.
- Enter your family member's first name, last name, birthday, and gender.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
How many family members can I add to my account?You can add up to five family members to your account. To add more than five, you must create a new My Cold Stone account with a different email address. All Birthday Club and promotional emails will be sent to the main contact for the account.
How do I update a family member's birthday information?You can add family members via the My Birthday Club page. However, you must contact us to change an existing family member's birthday information.
How do I remove a family member's birthday information?Please contact us to remove an existing family member's birthday information.
When can I print my birthday coupon?Your coupon will be available to print seven (7) days prior to your birthday and will expire seven (7) days after your birthday.
How long do I have to redeem my birthday coupon?
You have two weeks to redeem your coupon. Your birthday coupon is valid seven (7) days prior to your birthday and expires seven (7) days after your birthday.
My birthday coupon won't print. What do I do?
If you're having problems printing your birthday coupon, please make sure that you have a default printer selected for your computer, that it is properly connected to your computer, and that it is turned on.
My child sent me an email saying he/she wants to join the Birthday Club. What do I do?You must have a My Cold Stone account in order to join the Birthday Club. If you do not have an account, please create one. If you already have a My Cold Stone account, follow these steps to add up to five family members. Note: To add more than five family members, you must create another My Cold Stone account.
- Log into your My Cold Stone account.
- Click the My Birthday Club menu option.
- Click the Add Family Member button.
- Enter your family member's first name, last name, birthday, and gender.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
What if I don’t have an email address or printer? Can I get a birthday coupon via regular mail?No. An e-mail address and access to a printer are required for enrollment in the Birthday Club.
How do I update my account information?
You can update your email address, mailing address and other information via the My Account Details page by following these steps:
- Log into your My Cold Stone account.
- Click the My Account Details menu option to display your current account details.
- Update any information on the page, then click the Save button.
Note: You cannot update your birthday information via the My Account Details page. If there's an error with your birthday, please contact us.
How do I update my email preferences?
You can update your email address and email preferences via the My Account Details page by following these steps:
- Log into your My Cold Stone account.
- Click the My Account Details menu option to display your current account details.
- Update your email address and/or your email preferences, then click the Save button.
How do I update my Cold Stone favorites?
You can update your favorites via the My Favorites page by following these steps:
- Log into your My Cold Stone account.
- Click the My Favorites menu option to display your current ice cream favorites.
- Update your favorites, then click the Save button.
How do I close my account?
You can close your account by following these steps:
- Log into your My Cold Stone account.
- Click the My Account Details menu option to display your current account details.
- Click the Close This Account link at the bottom of the page. The Close My Cold Stone Account page displays.
- Click the Close my account button.
Note: Clicking the "Close my account" button will permanently close your My Cold Stone account and you will no longer receive special offers, promotions, or coupons for free ice cream on your birthday.
How do I make sure I receive my birthday and promotional emails?
To ensure that you receive your birthday and promotional emails in your inbox, please add coldstone@coldstonecreamery.com to your Address book or Approved Senders.
